Playboy Beauty Influencer Reveals Best Skin Care Routine For A Natural, Healthy Glow is Sex
An adult content creator praised by Playboy for her “filter-free beauty” says she gets her healthy, natural skin glow not from beauty products - but instead by having regular sex.

An adult content creator praised by Playboy for her “filter-free beauty” says she gets her healthy, natural skin glow not from beauty products - but instead by having regular sex.
Influencer Mel Breia, 24, who represents Rio de Janeiro in the 2026 Miss Bumbum Brasil competition, said she began paying closer attention to the changes in her complexion after intimate encounters.
She said her skin appeared more flushed, dewy and radiant afterwards, giving her the natural, healthy look she had already been trying to achieve through her skincare routine.
Mel said: "I started noticing that my skin looked more flushed, dewier and had a different kind of glow after sex.
"It was almost as if it enhanced the healthy appearance I was already trying to achieve with skincare.
"That’s when I decided to pay closer attention to the effect and incorporate it into my self-care routine."
What began as a personal observation has since become part of the way Mel organises her week, with the influencer saying she now tries to make room for intimacy alongside work and other commitments.
She said people close to her sometimes found the idea of scheduling sex cold or methodical, but she insisted that planning ahead did not mean sacrificing spontaneity.
Instead, Mel said it helped ensure that work, social commitments and tiredness did not consume all of her free time and leave self-care at the bottom of her list.
The influencer said she tries to make time for intimacy at least four times a week, although she does not set particular days or times.
She said: "I try to make it happen at least four times a week.
"It doesn’t have to be on the same day or at the same time, but I like to leave room for it in my schedule because, if I simply wait until I have free time, it often doesn’t happen.
"For me, it has become a combination of pleasure, well-being and that glow I already know I’m going to notice afterward."
Mel’s latest beauty revelation follows her previous focus on embracing a more natural appearance.
She was previously named by Playboy New Zealand as one of the faces of “filter-free beauty”, after being highlighted for her minimal use of makeup and rejection of digital filters.
She previously said: "I don’t have a routine full of products.
"I use the basics, when I use them, and that’s it.
"Sometimes I spend less than BRL 100 (GBP 14) a month on makeup because I really don’t feel the need to buy a lot."
Mel has also said she avoids filters because she does not want followers to become accustomed to an edited version of her appearance.
She said: "I’ve always been afraid of getting used to a version of myself that doesn’t exist.
"That’s precisely what bothered me about filters. If someone follows my social media or meets me in person, I want them to see the same person."
The content creator previously revealed another unusual source of income, saying she had earned more than BRL 300,000 (GBP 42,780) selling used underwear online.
She said buyers could pay more depending on how long the underwear had been worn and the specific conditions they requested.
Mel said at the time: "There isn’t a standard price list.
"A pair of underwear worn during everyday activities has one value, but requests that require more time or meet specific conditions cost more."
She added: "The more detailed the buyer’s request, the more work it involves, and the higher the price can be."
