This is the moment football hero Eder Militao's wife performs an intense Muay Thai training while pregnant as she continues an adapted fitness routine during her pregnancy.
Taina, 29, from the city of Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil, shared the footage showing her practising Muay Thai while five months pregnant with her son Gabriel.
The influencer, who has 1.9 million Instagram followers, is seen carrying out controlled movements and modified striking drills designed to suit her condition, with training adjusted to prioritise safety while she remains physically active.
Taina has continued to document her workout routine throughout her pregnancy, having previously gone viral after posting similar Muay Thai training clips that drew widespread attention from followers.
In earlier posts, she said her exercise routine was being followed with professional monitoring and medical clearance, stressing the importance of remaining active when safely possible during pregnancy.
She wrote at the time: “Who said pregnancy and sport don’t go together? With the necessary care and medical approval, continuing to move during pregnancy can be very beneficial."
The latest video prompted renewed reactions online, with followers commenting on her energy and the light-hearted reactions from fans imagining baby Gabriel responding to the activity.
One user said: "Baby Gabriel is thinking: wow, what is happening all the time."
While another said: "I got tired just watching! What a woman!"
Taina, who is already mother to Helena and Matteo from a previous relationship with footballer Leo Pereira, has also spoken publicly about her body changes during pregnancy.
She previously addressed insecurities about stretch marks, saying she became more comfortable over time and encouraging other women not to compare themselves to online images.
She said: “Every woman has something. Don’t compare yourself to people you see online because reality is very different,” adding that she expects to regain her pre-pregnancy shape through diet and training after giving birth.
Her husband, Real Madrid defender Militao, has previously reacted with surprise while she trained, joking during a boxing session: “My goodness, what is that? Easy there, babe."
Militao married Taina in a civil ceremony in 2024, followed by a lavish religious wedding on 18th July, 2025, at the Tangara Palace in Sao Paulo.
The couple frequently made headlines due to an intricate "ex-swap," as Taina is the former partner of football player Leo Pereira, who is now dating Militao's ex-wife, Karoline Lima.
