This is the shocking moment a car spins onto a pedestrian crossing and sends a family with a pushchair diving out of its path.
The footage, from May, shows the crash on Sikorskiego Street in Tychy, in the Polish province of Silesia after being shared on social media recently.
The video shows the car striking the rear of an SUV emerging from a car park, then bouncing off, hitting a lamp post and running onto the crossing.
People on the crossing, among them adults with a pushchair and children, scramble out of the way as it comes towards them.
Police said the 50-year-old driver of the SUV had failed to give way to a 22-year-old man driving along Sikorskiego Street.
They confirmed there had been no contact between the car and any of the pedestrians.
Marcin Gacik, a Tychy police press officer, said: "Given the circumstances of the incident, the officers refrained from identifying the perpetrator. They secured the evidence and passed the case to the District Court in Tychy for further consideration."
The court found the SUV driver guilty and fined him PLN 1,000 (GBP 199).
Judge Agata Wala-Rogowska, president of the court, said the ruling was made on 28th July as a summary judgment, became final on 18th August, and involved no expert evidence.
The video was reissued on 25th August by the transport department at Tychy City Hall and shared by the city's mayor, Maciej Gramatyka.
He said: "Let this recording be a warning. On the road, attention, caution and responsibility are what count."
Gramatyka said the city's intelligent transport system cameras had caught what he called a step away from tragedy, and that fortunately nobody had been hurt.
It was put out again after a crash in Krakow this month in which a married couple were killed on a pavement by a speeding car.
Their eight-month-old son was seriously injured and a 26-year-old driver was arrested.
