School Health Check Exposes Shocking Alleged Abuse As 13-Year-Old Is Found Pregnant By Her Dad

A 13-year-old schoolgirl has been found pregnant after allegedly being raped by her father starting when she was aged 11.

The discovery was made during a routine health check-up at her secondary school in Tangkak, Johor state, southern Malaysia, recently, when the girl finally revealed what had been happening to her after she became pregnant.

According to a police report, she alleged that her 49-year-old father had raped her since she was 11.

Her allegations led to the plantation worker being brought before Muar Sessions Court on 27th August, where he faced two charges of raping his daughter.

The alleged offences were said to have happened at a house in Tangkak between 8am and 9am and between 9pm and 10pm in 2024 and January this year.

The father pleaded not guilty after the charges were read to him before Judge Emelia Kaswati Mohamad Khalid, according to local media.

Prosecutor Diyana Najihah Muhamed Fauzi handled the case, while the accused appeared without legal representation.

He subsequently asked the court to grant him bail, but prosecutors opposed the application, saying he remained in contact with the girl.

The prosecution also argued that he could be a flight risk if released and stressed that the girl's safety had to be taken into consideration.

After hearing arguments from both sides, the court rejected his bail application.

The case was then fixed for 18th September for the submission of documents and the appointment of a lawyer for the accused.

The charges were brought under Section 376(3) of Malaysia's Penal Code, which provides for up to 30 years in prison and whipping if convicted.

The allegations date back to 2024, when the girl was 11, and prosecutors allege that one of the incidents occurred during the morning and another at night.

The girl's account only came to light during the recent school health examination where she was found to be pregnant, according to the police report cited by local media.

The accused has not been convicted of the allegations and pleaded not guilty to both charges.
