This is the moment rescuers carry an injured mountain biker to a waiting helicopter on a remote off-road trail.
The footage was obtained from the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) in the city of Laguna Niguel, in the US state of California, on 11th June.
The clip shows rescuers carrying the injured cyclist on a stretcher and placing them in a helicopter, which then takes off as the clip ends.
The cyclist had suffered a lower-limb injury on the Itchy Sticks Trail, deep in country that crews could only reach with difficulty.
Firefighters, paramedics, park rangers, personnel from neighbouring Laguna Beach Fire and the crew of Helicopter 4 joined forces to reach the casualty and treat his injuries where he lay.
He was then carried to safety and taken to hospital for treatment.
The OCFA said in a statement on 11th June: "Today, OCFA crews responded to a remote incident after a mountain biker suffered a lower extremity injury on Itchy Sticks Trail in Laguna Niguel.
"Firefighters, paramedics, Park Rangers, Laguna Beach Fire personnel, and Helicopter 4 worked together to access, stabilize, and safely transport the patient to the hospital.
"The incident highlights the teamwork and coordination between air resources, ground crews, neighboring agencies, and Park Rangers to provide care in challenging and remote terrain."
