This is the moment a tractor pulls across a junction into the path of a trolleybus and is knocked onto its side when its driver turned in front of the larger vehicle after going through a red light.
CCTV footage from 26th August shows the crash at the junction of Tashkentskaya Street and Krupskaya Street in Minsk, in Belarus.
The video shows the tractor entering the crossroads before the trolleybus hits it and it topples over onto the roadway.
An 18-year-old was driving the tractor along Tashkentskaya Street that afternoon and was turning left at the junction.
Preliminary information suggests he turned on a red light and failed to give way to the trolleybus, which then collided with the tractor.
Neither the trolleybus driver nor the passengers needed medical treatment, and nor did the tractor driver.
Both vehicles were left with mechanical damage.
Traffic police from the Zavodskoy district and emergency service personnel attended the scene.
The state traffic inspectorate used the crash to remind drivers to slow down well before signalled junctions and to be ready to stop when the lights change.
It said a red light means traffic must not proceed.
Trolleybuses run on overhead electric cables and remain a mainstay of public transport in Minsk, where the network is among the largest in the region.
